What makes your products different?

All of our products are hand-poured in small batches on our family farm in Iowa. We use clean, high-quality fragrance oils and essential oil blends, and charged crystals to create products that don't just smell good - they support your energy and well-being.

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with a clean-burning, phthalate free coconut and soy wax blend. They are always dye-free. Each one is infused with a custom fragrance blend and hand-placed crystals to enhance intention and energy.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

We're sorry if this happens! Please email us at smudgedsoaps@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item AND box it arrived in. We'll make it right - whether that's a refund or replacement. 

Please note: All of our products are handmade in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, and crystal placement are part of what makes each item unique. These differences do not qualify as damage.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of your order. You'll be responsible for return shipping. For full details visit our return policy.

Can I return used products?

Do to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles, diffusers, or soap - even if you didn't love the scent. If you're unsure about a fragrance, feel free to contact us and we'll help guide you to the right fit.

Do your car diffusers use essential oils?

Some blends include essential oils, but we use both essential and clean fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, non-toxic, and skin-safe. Each scent is chosen with care for both aroma and energetic support.

Do the crystals melt in the candles?

Nope! The crystals stay intact and sink to the bottom of the jar as the wax melts. When your candle is spent, you can remove, rinse, and keep the crystals.

Can I reuse the car diffuser bottle?

Yes! We have refills available for purchase.

Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?
